As the leaves on the trees slowly change, so does the color pallette of my yarn. Suddenly, there is less and less blue, white or pink and increasingly more of various shades of red. The simply knitted bodice is followed by new red socks and hopefully soon by the Banana Cardi and a wrap made from a beautiful warm spicy red shade of Lamb`s Pride Worsted.
For the socks I used 2 skeins of Knitpicks Pallette, dpn #1 and a simple chevron pattern from Sensational Knitted socks by Charlene Schurch. They are still waiting for a better and more flattering picture to be taken as with the colorful trees and chill in the air comes also less daylight and less time for a busy knitter to document her FOs
